I’m Jacinta, I’m passionate about design and have always had an eye for style and I’d love to help you transform your property!
My professional styling journey started with 13 years in retail fashion management, allowing me to apply my creative flare to personal styling and visual merchandising. From here, following my move to the beautiful Darwin, I stepped into Property Styling, initially working with a local service.
As my enthusiasm for interior design grew, I commenced with LPK. Through assisting with the management of LPK’s portfolio, my specialist knowledge of the Short-Term Accommodation industry is continually developing - at LPK we love to stay ahead of the game in the Short-Term Accommodation sector.
I offer my interior design & styling services to home-owners who are not part of LPK’s portfolio. If you own an investment property and you want to see it shine in the Short-Term Accommodation Rental (STAR) market, I’d love to assist you.

This knowledge, on the background of my extensive experience in visual merchandising, means I can set up your property to excel at all stages; to photograph well for the listing photos, make your guests smile as soon as they step through your door, and to keep them happy throughout their stay with the functionality provided on top of the aesthetic styling.
I’ve listened to the feedback provided by hundreds of local STAR guests (and STAR owners!) – I know what they’re looking for and what works, and I know how to make that work for you.
So, what’s it all about?
I start by completing a property walkthrough - looking at your STAR through fresh eyes and picking up on all the details. Following this, I provide you with my professional recommendations.
This covers everything from renovations, minor upgrades, repairs/changes to fixtures & fittings, maintenance tasks, deep cleaning requirements all the way through to the finishing touches in interior styling, the furnishings and consumables to provide for your luxury guests.
From here, I can provide full or partial project management services dependent on your needs. This can include coordinating trades for any maintenance or repairs, sourcing, purchasing and installing furniture, appliances and interior styling, and stocking the recommended consumables.
I work closely with LPK’s in-house photographer, providing individualised styling for your listings photoshoot – highlighting the unique features of your STAR to ensure it stands out to your future guests, for all the right reasons.
In addition to this, I can also provide an onboarding package for your property. ‘Onboarding’ is the work undertaken prior to the listing going live – pre-empting any guest queries by collecting all the finer details for the property; covering access, parking, appliance operation, amenities and house rules. This is all compiled (including photos and videos) into an easily digestible record which can be referenced when you (or your STAR Property Manager) receive a guest query.
