In addition, as a licensed Real Estate Agency, Lina serves as a trusted Buyers Agent for clients looking to purchase luxury properties in the tropical city of Darwin and its surrounding areas in Australia’s stunning ‘Top End’.
LPK Luxury Home Hosting is a local company, providing a number of specialist property management services for short-term rentals to luxury property owners. LPK is partnered with respected Short Term Rental management experts Hometime – meaning we can add the local touch to the tried and tested operational knowledge gained from partnering with Australia’s largest Short Term Accommodation property management company.
We are a passionate, responsible and efficient team who pride ourselves on delivering excellent service – both to our guests and to property owners. We make sure every guest staying in one of our properties receives the ‘’Superhost’’ experience that we are known for, whilst we also support property owners to maximise their earning potential within the short-term accommodation market.
The history of LPK
Lina Paselli-Kruse was first recognised as a ‘’Superhost’’ by Airbnb in 2018, as her passion for hosting continued to grow, LPK was then founded in 2020. We progressed to being officially recognised as a company in 2022: LPK – Luxury Homes Hosting Pty Ltd, yay!
After Lina’s time travelling the world staying in Airbnb’s, she found she could quickly tell whether properties were professionally hosted or not. Hosted properties offered an inviting stay; clean and well stocked without being cluttered. These places left fond memories and in return, Lina would award these properties with positive reviews.
After returning to her hometown of Darwin, Lina decided to put her positive guest experiences, extensive management experience, passion and local knowledge to use - to be able to provide guests with the kind of happy memories she had gained from staying in professionally hosted properties on her travels. With a focus on luxury tropical homes, LPK was born!
Fast forward a few years, and LPK is now a fully licensed Real Estate Agency. Continuing to put her knowledge (both local and industry) to good use, Lina acts as a Buyers Agent for investors seeking to purchase the right luxury property in Darwin. LPK also specialises in mid-term leases.
